Once they were all printed it was a case of cutting the slits in carefully as to make sure type was taken off and they all fitted.
It was quite a long process but I am really happy it works and looks decent. I really wanted to make sure that when it's looked at it can be built because that is the intention.
I've chosen to bound with a rope like string because although this movement was ahead of its time and the string reminds me of the time in which it actually happened.
